Journeyman Electrician
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Perform installation, alterations, additions to basic electrical systems
-Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
-Troubleshoot system problems and resolve electrical issues
-Work from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment
-Leadership skills
-Install and run circuits
Minimum Requirements:
-Basic Plus
-Journeyman License
-A minimum of 2 years Industrial Electrical experience
-Authorized to work in the U.S.
-Current driver’s license and proof of insurability
-You must be drug free
-A background check is required for all applicants

-Successfully worked in a team environment and managed own tasks
-Knowledge of ANSI, ISO, OSHA guidelines

Electrical Process Analyzer Technician
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, inspection, repair, calibration and prevention activities associated with all analyzers, i.e. GC, FID, Paramagnetic, IR, Chemiluminescent, Thermal Conductive, Zirconium Oxide, and Laser
- Troubleshoot and repair all analyzers within HC/OC which include Siemens GC’s, Siemens Oxymat 6’s, Servomex (paramagnetic), ABB (IR’s), Thermox (Flue Gas Analyzer), Teledyne (IR), and Analytical Specialties Inc. (TDL)
- Anticipate probable failures and take corrective action to ensure minimum downtime
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all associated sample systems and external hardware as necessary
- Work with operations and engineering on a daily basis to keep them current on repair status and possible problems
- Provide operational/technical training to customer’s individual plant operations and maintenance teams so they are able to be primary analyzer support

Preferred Requirements:
- 10 years experience with all analyzers, i.e. GC, FID, Paramagnetic, IR, Chemiluminescent, Thermal Conductive, Zirconium Oxide, and Laser
Instrument Fitter
Lays out, installs, maintains, and repairs all types of tubing, fittings and fixtures in plant maintenance and construction. Interprets drawings and sketches. Plans detail of working procedure and selects materials in accordance with needs of work to be done.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lays out work; calculates dimensions and radii of bends; makes sketches of piping.
- Sets up and operates bending, threading and cutoff equipment and uses hand tools or torch to shape, prepare and fabricate pipe for work to be done.
- Tests, inspects, dismantles, repairs, replaces or installs any type of high or low pressure tubing, fittings, fixtures and parts for the installation, maintenance and repair of pipelines for air, water, steam, oils, gases, acid, and caustics.
- Makes and seals various types of joints such as expansion, flange, nipple, coupling, union, lead wiped, soldered, flared, caulked. Installs gaskets, packing, and tests joints for leaks or tightness.
- Sets up pipe for welded or special type joints.
- Fastens hangers and supports.
- Applies various types of insulation and pipe covering.
- Handles or makes provisions for the handling of materials, equipment and tools to and from the job site in connection with the work.
- Cleans all work areas
- Performs any other duties assigned by supervisor
- Performs all work in a safe and efficient manner and keeps work area in a clean and orderly condition.
Minimum Requirements:

- 2 – 3 years work experience as an industrial pipe-fitter or has successfully completed a curriculum closely related to pipe fitter work from a vocational institution.

- High School Diploma or GED
